It's very classic French cuisine, lots of butter and cream in everything. But the picture looked great. We are apparently going to have a "Dali Dinner" and cook a bunch of stuff from it one night.

Dali is from like 15 minutes from the French border on the Riviera, so that makes sense.

yeah I really like using elecric or stove kettles... sadly we don't have one any more.. just not enough use.
