Webroot mobile draining battery

Recently changed my mobile to Samsung S7 and noticed that my mobile battery drains very quick. A fully charged mobile when taken in the morning to work, drains almost to 8% within 6 hours! I uninstalled majority of the apps i had to find out the root cause of the drain, installed battery optimizing apps and one of them reported that webroot is the main culprit!
It is taking 82.18% of power! Anyone faced issues with webroot on Android? I used to have HTC M8 but was ok, never noticed anything major, but might be an update/something new on webroot as well which might cause this. I will be posting it on webroot forums, but first wanted to check with ML especially @Nic . Also found few posts on Webroot forum talking about this one some of them mentioned it got fixed after a factory reset.
