Who do I contact for a quote on a server?

@ryan-from-xbyte or @xByteSean are two I can think of.
Check out the xByte Ad on your right --->
If you're not seeing it, check out xbyte.com
Edit: Fixed typo!

Depends on who you want to go with. I backed Dafyre to cehck xByte.
We got our server through Dell rep, but when we heard of xByte it was too late as we already received the server. xByte would have saved us 10-15%. That was about $2,000 saving. or 10 SSD -
I want to price it through Xbyte,I've had great luck with them for parts and would like to give them a shot on this.

Check out eBay too.

Devices from eBay don't carry warranties, do they?
With xByte, you still get devices with warranties.

Depends on the seller. SaveMyServer does.

You can get a Dell onsite service warranty from Ebay?

This might actually be a good solution for my in-home test environment. Hm.

I would be very careful with eBay or Craiglist items. Depending on the needs (personal or business), eBay may not be the right fit.
If if this for exam lab or personal media server, then go for it.
If this is for business, invest more for an ease of mind. If it is not your money$$$, and your job security is not on the line, then go with more decent option. -

I always have a backup host, so I can fire up my replica's if needed.

Great option for a home environment or lab. But for business needs. Nope gonna stick with Xbyte. You can get a 3 year Dell Service warranty (4 hour or next day) for onsite service. That makes me sleep better at night

Like you guys said, I definitely think this is great for home lab stuff. I may purchase something soon.
