Permission error when clicking on the upvote post count

If you click on the post rating, you get this permission error.

Not if you click on the up or down arrow. I think this is the issue that people have randomly reported getting error when voting.

The reason you get it, is because it is an actual function.

On my Gaming forum where I am admin, if I click on that, I get this.

Click on the number of upvotes and not either of the arrows. That generally gives the permissions issue.

Happens on the NodeBB community forum also.

It is a permissions issue based on User level.
