Starting today, over 60,000 customers of ServiceDesk Plus Standard Edition will not pay any additional fee, irrespective of whether they are using the software in the cloud or on premise.

We keep posting this..... Their site has not been updated with the "free" info yet for any edition.

The ServiceDesk Plus standard edition has been already released for free, but regarding the ServiceDesk Plus MSP, the release date for free edition has not been announced yet.
Hope it will be announced soon.
