Anybody have anything fun planned?
Saturday will be at a client implementing trunking and a vlan for public wifi on their core switches.
So what ya gonna do with the other 23 hours of the day?
This would be why I bought beer.
Seriously though, we are probably going to do a breakfast with the bunny and Easter egg hunt at a local you pick it farm called Eckert's. They line the apple tree rows with eggs for the kids to go crazy.

I'm tempted to play that but know that I have no time.
It's not bad. I'm in the process of trying to adjust to the new interface and controls. After playing MMOs for 10 years, movement and interface have become subconscious functions.

I think I should have brought the beer.
I have decided to clean up the switches while I am at it. Here is the Before picture, we will see how this turns out.
-
that's almost clean to most that you see posted.
-
Yeah, really not too bad.
-
Ok 3 hours down removing a whole bunch of crap (non virus - the three scanners I ran all came back clean) ware from a system. Now to setup an image for backups.
-
Happy weekend everyone. Time to go home. need to get some beer.
-
Glad to hear that you finally managed to escape the office.
-
Oh no, images aren't working!
-
Testing a picture upload...
-
Yup, that's not working. So it isn't old pics, it is all pics.
-
works now.
-
Yup, looks much better.
-
It was not horrible compared to many but it wasn't fun either.
Done now. I took a break in the middle and had lunch with my mom since she was in the area shopping for my oldest daughters birthday.
All the switches were in the now empty right rack. Al lot of cables were not terminated and now they all are.

Easter Egg hunt down.
-
Awww, so cute! Our girls are hunting Easter eggs next weekend.
-
Next weekend will most likely be with the real eggs at their Grandpa's house. Still working out the logistics.

I'm going back to FFXIV. I like ESO's ability to build your own character/playstyle, but I can't adapt to the modified keyboard movement controls, off-center camera, lack of nameplates, and using a reticle to target instead of tab or clicking a a target. As a keyboard user, I'm out of my element, as it's very mouse-intensive. The game feels like a single-player FPSRPG.

Ended up just cleaning and doing taxes pretty much all weekend.
-
@scottalanmiller Man, finished mine up Friday. Glad to be finished, and LOVE my CPA.
@everyoneelse we killed it again this weekend, being newish homeowners, we are doing all sorts of projects to improve our house both for us, and for resale. So far, i've converted the Dining room into a Master Bedroom, Converted a hall facing useless closet into a kitchen facing pantry, painted the whole interior, built some garden boxes out back (which i posted a week or so ago). and this weekend we gutted a Jumanjiesque front flower bed, and created a super clean, nice epicly purdy flower bed. Since we weren't tired enough, the wife and I were on ladders til 9:30 last night putting up 75' of Gutters on part of our house haha. Now, it's work week/time for me to rest.
