      A good first step might be updating to the latest Virtualbox version.

          You said that you are on 5.0.4? The current release is 5.0.8.

              The version is 5.0.4 only and when I tried to update the same thing came and i tried to update now the network error issue is coming while updating i need to check with my network also

                The network error is likely why it thinks that it is up to date.
