Oh, hello
I've been lurking a couple of weeks and finally decided to make an account.I spent about 5 years working in telephone support for various large companies but always wanted to get hands on behind the scenes, so for the last couple of months I have been interning at a local education board. I mostly play with Linux at home so working in a Windows environment is good experience.

Just joined today at Mangolassi.it, which was recommended by a friend from another IT forum!
IT Pro working full time for a plumbing company, in the UK, part of the construction industry, but, do some private IT work at weekends too. :nerd:
Some good topics on here - shame work gets in the way!!
