IT Service Provider Marketing...the wrong way.

From reviewing this guy's posts on SW, I'm pretty sure he is 100% serious, and that is really his website. I have detected no hint of irony. He added a bunch of BS certs over the weekend also.
That seems to be the consensus. He never responded to that long thread talking about his recklessness, though.
He started off and got noticed because he recommended NTFS instead of RAID for a critical database. Beyond being totally reckless and nonsensical, it is impossible to be sure what he even means.

It was a long thread on Spiceworks.

Maybe I just ran into it there, and though I linked from here to get it.

I actually thought that line was a great bit of sarcasm until I realized he was serious (seriously inept). He ran back to NC to hide after the thread turned on him. Everything else he has posted on SW since then is utter drivel... I reported his account for both false certs and free promotion, but of course they have to protect that big membership number that gets them more ad $$$.

Problem is he is offering pirate downloads for some of their biggest sponsors software.

I recall what it was, there was a thread talking about RAID on SW, and this weirdo (LOL) said to use RAID not NTFS.
Scott made some post about what does one have to do with the other.. and it degraded from there... lol

Someone besides me should report his ass for that. He's jocking their dollars....

I've been searching for the words to describe this site in the back of my head since I first saw this thread, but I haven't found anything that truly does this horror justice.
This is like choosing to build one's storefront out of cardboard boxes to cut down on the cost of doing it right. I am just amazed that there is someone in this world that made the decision to buy an ad here... but then again, if this site exists, what isn't possible?
The memory of this website's unfortunate existence will be a morbid comfort the next time I see an article prophesying that web designers & developers are going to go out of business due to the existence of Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, etc.
With all of that said, if this person is actually a troll then they are of course nominated for whatever trolling equivalent there is for the Oscars... the Jimmies?

Turns out said troll looks about 11 years old...

How was that determined?

I think if you are actually "partnering" with someone, you should spell their name correctly:
"Empire Software is Now Partnering With Mozzilla to enhance your web experience"

Okay, that makes more sense if that is actually the person running that business. Good for him for being ambitious. He needs some direction though.
