Energy of Choice?

For me I do a combination of Coffee and Vitamin B's

Drinking coffee right now.

I am on my 5th cup this afternoon. It has been a long day today!

just do 2 cups of coffee in the morning.

Redbull Sugarfree
I save them for a rough day, after I drink one I feel it through part of the next day. I use to able to drink a monster and just go to bed, not anymore. I try to stay away from everything and drink water.
Edit: Never liked coffee.

coffee black, green & black tea, b-vitamins (mostly from the caffeine free / sugar free redbull), and if I can do it, a workout (which isn't as often as it should be )

Leaving my desk and moving around helps a ton but that really doesn't happen as much as I would like.

I'll second this - but being out side in the doom and gloom we have today wasn't much of a boost.
I normally go for coffee, but with summer coming, I'll probably move to tea.

Summer and sun will help. Maybe I can even sit outside and work sometimes... that's a pipe dream if I ever heard one.

Nutty, but I try to do some Lumosity at lunch to take my head out of my work and refocus for the afternoon.
Oh, and a stonking big glass of pulpy orange juice. -
Only coffee for me. I do not like any energy drink I have tried, so I have up and do not drink them.

Sometimes I go for apple juice. It really wakes you up.

I used to go out and do running outside
If i drink too much coffee during day, it tend me to stay awake all night. -
I used to have a heavy caffeine addiction, and consumed it in many varieties. Eventually, I broke the cycle and generally stay caffeine-free. Now, I'm just a social caffeine drinker.

I've started using a "standing desk" in the evenings when I am home and that has helped a lot.
