Usually I'm buying absolute bottom dollar stuff on ebay which comes from China via very slow boat. Totally unfamiliar with receiving stuff in less than 3 weeks.

Yeah it''s suppose to be a US Seller, but I'm not so sure now. I think they are shipping to the US then shipping out of somewhere here.
Actually China and India sellers seem to be getting smart to compete and using Fedex Next Day for a lot of items to they are still cheaper and get here about the same time.

The great thing about eBay is that even if you run into a bad seller, eBay and PayPal stand by the buyer. You may not get the product, but you will definitely get a full refund and eBay/PayPal's suppport on the matter.

It came in today.
But, I think they selected the stuff that did not pass quality control to send to me. No boxes were damaged.
One of the stands has 2 out of three legs bend, unable to sit level
One of the light clips to mount in the track and put on the stand is missing the part that goes on the light. It's suppose to have a smaller plat on top and a large thumb screw in that open slot.
One of the Light has a horrible buzz if turned up passed 50% brightness, making it not usable for video. The other working light an issue, they are suppose to be mountable from all four sides, one of it's sides is missing the spot for the clip to hold the light to slide in, it's all the smaller track so It' can't be mounted from that side.

This, Paypal and Ebay are really good to work with when you are a customer and almost impossible when you are a seller.

The seller is trying to offer a "partial refund for my troubles" because of the ebay case.

Full refund and have them pay to have the items shipped back.

The case was decided in their favor as the as a "Top Rated Seller" you apparently aren't suppose to leave bad feedback or open cases with them for much longer periods than normal sellers (they also can removed like 5-10 negative feedback per month to keep their rating for being a top rated seller - they make ebay lots of money). Anyway they will send another one, It will take two weeks to get a replacement shipped to me.
