Even for the police? I suppose.
Yes, the police would need to coordinate with internal security, get through long, difficult lobbies, find the right elevators, get to the right floor, get access to the room, etc.

Rumour is that he is off life support and not expected to make it long. Apparenlty the PD released a false statement earlier.

I told my wife the same thing and she was like "who?". I had to send her a youtube video just to remind her.
