                                      Outside of live things, it's probably not a real problem. yeah, you don't want it if you are a gamer, and you might get some issue with video chat, but general surfing, using of the web, streaming media, should be totally usable.

                                        It's slow enough that web pages noticeably slow down. Things like voice are often impossible.
