      New meaning to steak out

A followup to the bull on the run....he died.

      Dinner!

They pumped the bull full of tranquilizers, you wouldn't want to consume the meat.

YOU wouldn't want to consume the meat... I might want a little buzz with my burger. 😉

Was that today's NASA press conference announcement? I've been doing actual work today, didn't get to check it yet.

Old news. They've been saying that for months. Another carrier beat them too it and started offering that a month ago. We fly Norwegian so keep up with this. It's not that shocking since they are $200 from NYC to Rome already without this new "special deal." If you are shopping for the cheapest locations, it's not been that much more than this for a long time now.

Is SuperMicro still in the secondary server picks?

                            https://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2017/02/apple-axed-supermicro-servers-from-datacenters-because-of-bad-firmware-update/#p3

Although looks like Apple engineers made a mistake and the malicious malware was something internal.

So the next time you're frustrated by the arcane processes of your health provider, remember—they're in place for everyone's protection.

What things would that be? oh you mean the things that cause my data to be at risk? lol

"Leng told The Information that Apple was the only company to report the firmware issue, and he said the servers are used by thousands of customers. He asserted that when his company asked Apple's engineers to provide information about the firmware, they gave an incorrect version number—and then refused to give further information."

Looking at some other news sources it seems like people are blaming SuperMicro... We have incomplete information obviously but from what I can tell this was Apple through and through. Another time that Apple can do no wrong.
