Early this morning is when I saw it on the news. I think it happened during the night in the US making it hard to figure out which day it was. I did see something about China discussing something for "24 hours" which had already past so likely over a day ago.

On a seven-hour drive in California, Brian Anderson filmed himself pretending to sing several 1990s songs to his sister Ashley, the Daily Mail reported. Ashley eventually participated as well.
