The raccoon was spotted on the corner of Yonge and Church Streets on Thursday morning, the Toronto Star reported. A memorial grew around the raccoon until a city worker cleaned it up Thursday night.

TMobile is pretty much that now. Some small places, like in Africa, are not, but the entire first world is free roaming. That's why we use it for travel.
