Which title?
The title of the article under the picture.
While there's nothing inaccurate about the title (well, we have to assuming price gouging is accurate - but that's another debate) it's click bait because it leads one to think the arrest is because of the 'price gouging' yes it's leading.. that's all it is.. then they open the story talking about the price gouging... and after the break they mention he was arrested for fraud, at a time that was before he was even involved with the pharma stuff. -

Woot!
PRICE GOUGING PHARMA CEO MARTIN SHKRELI ARRESTED
I don't normally celebrate someone else's misfortune, however, if he's guilty, it's not misfortune, it's justice.
I can't wait to hear about how someone murdered this smug a-hole. Talk about someone that truly deserves to suffer lots while dying....

The title and the article link matched.
She even asked me what people thought was click bait and I couldn't figure it out. So it was that his picture came from a different source, not the title or the link. Makes sense.

It was just Dominica grabbing a pic of him that she found in a search. Nothing to do with the media outlet.

We have a neighbor who does that... looks like cruel and unusual punishment to me.

Oh, but the article itself identifies him as a price gouging CEO, I see where the connection would happen. That's all that he is famous for so it is how people identify him.

Right, and it's the ONLY reason that it's in the news - tons of fraudsters get arrested, most are lucky if they make the evening news, let along the national one.

I've seen him in the news thrice before this recently. The Wu Tang Clan thing was pretty recent.

If he had not used it fraud money to buy the drug company, he would not have been in a position to be i the new about the Wu Tang album and such in the first place. His fraud money stuff is small time compared to the drug company stuff.
Yes the fraud enabled everything, but the fraud itself is not what would have made him a known name.

This would have been a better picture...
