This is literally right up the street here. I could walk there in an hour or so. This happened right in front of the first house we lived in in Texas. Like right out front. We drive this every day.

She says that she won't help people like she is punishing society for this. But let's face it, if wildly shooting at people in a non-life threatening situation is what she calls help I think we can all agree that her not helping people is best for everyone.

Without more information, and based only on the sentence here, I disagree with your conclusion.
From what I read, she pulled a weapon and fired at a moving car for people that might have been shoplifting. I don't know any situation where I want someone firing a gun at a moving car over alleged shoplifting.

There was no suggestion that hers nor anyone's life or healthy was in any way endangered by the people at whom she was shooting. She, however, did put peoples' lives in danger. They might have been criminals, but not ones endangering people - at least that's not why she was shooting.

Right, and with the full details, I would probably agree that shooting was not called for. But I do not have full details.

While there's nothing inaccurate about the title (well, we have to assuming price gouging is accurate - but that's another debate) it's click bait because it leads one to think the arrest is because of the 'price gouging' yes it's leading.. that's all it is.. then they open the story talking about the price gouging... and after the break they mention he was arrested for fraud, at a time that was before he was even involved with the pharma stuff. -
