I don't see anything unusual that log is showing when you have logged in and out of the web interface mostly.

But Why was it taken out of production for servicing? what was the issue?

There isn't going to be super detailed logs. A log is unlikely to tell you what is wrong with the switch. What issue was it having in the field and why was it brought in for servicing?
-
@thecreativeone91 My manager also dont know the reason but he needs me to find the faulty reason as well as the fault at the switch.

You can't really find an issue for something if you don't know where or how to look at it. You need to know what issue was going on to have the need to take out the switch.
-
@thecreativeone91 I know and I have asked him about the issue but he is saying me to find the issue present with the switch. How it is possible to do?

You can't do what he has asked of you without the proper information about what happened.

@thecreativeone91 Any tools available for the switch to be troubleshooted
-
I'm with @thecreativeone91 on this one. What they've done is give you a switch, tell you to find the problem but given you no information about what issues it's experiencing. This is not a reasonable request, especially for this type of device.

You can run a self test by removing power to the switch and reapplying power, immediately push the reset button. You can the download the diagnostic file from the switch. If you Don't know what you're looking for it's not going to be much help. Nor will it fix bad configuration.

Sadly this is once again your manager being an idiot. There is nothing wrong with the switch. The user didn't tell you what was wrong because nothing was wrong, most likely. You are being sent on a wild goose chase.

It very likely is not. Even if you find "something" wrong, what would you do? If the switch is broken, you need to replace it. That's the only action that there is for a broken switch.
Seriously, your manager is trying to discredit you.

There are two tools...
- The logs, which tell us that nothing is wrong.
- The user describing the problem. Which as they've described nothing wrong also suggests that nothing is wrong.
Basically the switch has passed the two standard diagnostics.
-
If the issue is bad configuration then the switch is working and there is no way for you to know that something is "wrong" because nothing is wrong. Either your boss doesn't know what a switch is or he would know this OR he is intentionally sabotaging you. Those are the only two options that I see. It is very possible that both are true.
-
I don't think that there is anything that you can do here other than looking at the logs, but it looks like they are fine. Other than that, try using the switch. Nothing else really to be done.
-
Tell them you fixed the flux capacitor and that they can put it back in service because nothing is wrong with it.
-
Drop the switch from the second story then you should easily be able to find the fault and give it to your boss.
Edit: Note Sarcasm Above.
