 Next session is our last in regards to Waterdeep: Dragon Heist. I don't think it was a great campaign. I'd explain but my friend found this article that kind of breaks down why mysteries don't really work well in D&D a lot of the time. We are going to start Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus in a few weeks which I'm excited about

 @PhlipElder nobody said they bought a house - it said they bought property. Easy to find a plot of undeveloped land for $26k. And yes, out in the sticks you can get a shitbox of a house for that little.

There's some neighbourhoods that a complete property could be purchased for that. Outlying rural areas out here one can buy an 1/8th with a home for about $25K.
