I heard that is a good day. They watch smog reports like we watch the weather, depending on if they need to wear a mask or not or if the kids can go outside and play or not. In the manufacturing cities, the smog is like 300% worse than the touristy civilian cities.

It's actually clear some days. Just not a lot of them.
