      Not in my experience. We had specific % in creases for cost of living each year, so long as the enterprise agreement was valid (i.e. hadn't reached the expiry/renewal date)

      Outside of the US the lack of raises is less common. Here, even cost of living is hard to get.

        No, no raise.... I was offered an incentive to finish my Master's degree though.

          Well that's something. Is it a good incentive? What a weird thing to offer, as if getting a master's helps them in any way.

            Fairly good. I've argued that point in the past... but working for/with friends has its perks.
