FF: Amygdala
Definition? Can you use that in a sentence please?
The amygdala is responsible for humans' fight or flight response. The amygdala is sometimes oddly referred to as our "lizard brain."
Ah. I was thinking since it was capitalized, it might be a name or a place. You are in a part of the world where there are names and places I would not recognize.

@scottalanmiller: "Performant" isn't actually a word and, as far as I know, is not listed as such in any legitimate dictionary. The word has been used a lot lately and is now part of common vernacular. It will likely find its way into the dictionary soon though.
