@JaredBusch which browser is covering up the icon? I see it covering up a little on Chrome but only when using the compressed view (which most people prefer.) Looks okay on all Firefox.
-
Anyone having lingering notification issues? It seems to be working but to have reset at the update.
-
@JaredBusch are the sounds actually playing? The sound plugin was disabled previously and now completely uninstalled. There should be no sounds at all.
Or is it purely the checkbox has not been fixed yet?
-
So far seems to be working well. Just checking out the updates now. Site seems to be loading much faster.
-
I am noticing that posting from Safari on the iPhone is massively improved. All kinds of things are fixed.
-
And I am noticing a lot more performance across the board.

I am on my iPad last night and now, so I have no idea if sound plays on my desktop. Either way, yes the checkbox still stays checked.

Quoting is messed up too.
No new line after the first name.
-
Also, the quote level is still stupid. Not sure where that is on the roadmap, but this is useless.
-
Two things in this one.
First, I do not need to be notified that I mentioned myself.
Second, I cannot see the time on the most recent notification.
Related to the second, I submitted a bug report that you had to tap twice to see any of the menus. That bug was marked resolved. Any idea if that was in this release? If so it is not working. -
Anyone tried searching? Appears to be completely broken.
-
A mod should try and reply to the anything goes thread. See if it still breaks the system.

Yup, completely broken, and in iOS at least, if. You try and. Do. Something before you get the. Error, the next thing you do poofs and. You. See. The error instead. The post does go through, but you don't know it.
-
I've tried everything that I can think of and it definitely does nothing That sucks, I use that all of the time.
-
Sorry everyone, searching got hosed in the update and we didn't catch it. With the move to the new version we had to move to Apache Solr, which we not have and it appears to be running great. Searching is screaming fast now.
-
I am still seeing some lockups from time to time. Has only been this evening in, say, the past two hours.

Looks to be related to the one bad thread. Hoping that people stop trying to view that soon and the issue clears up.

Ewww....even on an iPhone...Safari? Really? You know they have Chrome for iPhone, right?
Note: another case that proves Google is superior. You don't hear of people downloading an Apple browser on Android.
-
@ajstringham I didn't know until recently till someone on here schooled me but there isn't Chrome for iPhone. Safari is the only browser allowed on iPhone. The chrome app is just a wrapper on Safari.
