Our PRI provider doesn't offer anything either. Guess that is the only choice.

That would be much harder for them than a voip provider.

Get a hold of @Phil-CommQuotes to find a provider that can get you your number.

Thanks to @Phil-CommQuotes (and to @JaredBusch for the referral)- He recommended TollFreeForwarding.com. We have setup a much less expensive Mexican toll-free number to forward to our call center.
