Tons. Probably close to half of the community.

Are there any other MSPs in here? I'm using SolarWinds NCentral. Most of the "free" ones make their money by charging for the add ons. There are a lot of things to consider when choosing a RMM, like requirements of your client base and integrations with your PSA. When you're small, you can get by without integrations, but it's tough to scale.

We do both consulting and MSP, I am not classified here as a service provider but we do provide MSP Services.

wow. That really surprises me. I've been on here since the beginning and I never got that sense.

A lot of people are one man shops, some are part time shops. It's all over the place. But loads of MSPs of different sorts.

Some of us have hopped around a lot as well. I was the guy for a small business for a long time, now I work at an MSP.

Ok @scottalanmiller now I see why you were saying your heavily on MeshCommander. I like it actually, it just needs an interface change and add reporting and more exports of data and it would really be the open-source champ. The remote tool works but possibly needs a few options added. It's very similar to how Google built Chrome Remote Desktop which basically works out of the box also.

MechCentral. MeshCommander is just for vPro.

LOL, I've never heard "works" and "Chrome Remote Desktop" used before, let alone "out of the box". I've literally never seen a scenario first hand where we could get it to work. I have one customer that claims that they can use it, but I've not seen it. I've tried it a lot, and it never worked at all.

@scottalanmiller It's pretty mature now. The feature set is minimal but works fine compared to some other options I've played with. If they added a few more features it would be golden.
