Unsolved Sound Eklin TruDR eSeries - Error Opening Receptor 106

Have a Sound Eklin TruDR system. When we fire it up, we get the error "Error Opening Receptor: 106".
We've removed any new software that had been installed. Only other thing that had been done on the machine was routine Windows patching.

Also getting "Pleora not able to connect. Check power to panel and ethernet cable.

Did you check the power panel and ethernet?
