That is real maple syrup too, the genuine stuff. One of the benefits of living up in the northeast US is that we are in the midst of maple country so getting maple syrup is easy. Even in most of the US maple syrup is hard to get.

In Texas it's like $180 a bottle. (Exaggerating a bit, but it's true.)

We have to get ours from Costco...(Costco is only a few years old in Aus, and not that close by. Mango is the one constant ALWAYS on the shopping list.)

A lot of the US doesn't have Costco yet either. It is a new store to me too.
