      Does that mean Fedora Server will work better on Aarch64 processors compare to other 64-bit processors?

        It's "a" primary architecture, not "the" primary architecture. It just means that Aarch64 is now a first class citizen and not an unofficial team port.

          If you look, AMD64 is the default, Aarch64 requires you to go to "get more".
