Well for the hardware age tracking issue. . . deploy snipe-it.
For the rest of it, and paying the company cell phone bill. . . what the heck is your accounting department doing?
I did, but I cant use it.
We have our own in-house tool, that has to be made in France, and done from the ground up by amateur developers, and throw alot of money at it, then we have to use it and bring life to it.
Or you can save all of that money and ignore the "must be made in france" as I'm sure there has been some contribution to the Snipe-IT project from someone in France.
And just do what works. .

No you dont get it, see its NGO from france, so all the donations need to go back to france some way or another, think about it like legal money laundering but in smart way. Also they hire idiots as managers from there.

Managment thinks they can do everything, and just goes I can do very good in IT they add more tasks on you, now I am in charge of disabling / enabling SIM devices and shit like that, and adding features and lines and internet on mobiles , thats nonsense

The only good answer is... find another job and run away from there. There is no positive future in that organization.
-
Too bad for you, I know very well how that goes
-
I also know how that is. My first MSP job was the same way. I was tasked with getting Kaseya up and running. Then it snowballed from there. New job responsibilities, no support, no help, and of course, no increase in pay. Stayed there for 3 years and then finally called my boss a fat lazy bastard and left. I didn't just burn the bridge I poured gas on it and stood on the other side laughing.

Did you really? I'm surprised the cops weren't called and you weren't arrested for arson. . .

There was no bridge left to burn by the time they got there.
