@crazylefty Olympic Peninsula in WA, is very similar. It is the only rainforest in NA, constant fog, always green and beautiful. I have been to Avenue of the Giants as well.

I'm just imagining, if you don't like the view, just pull up anchor, move on to where you want to go, let down anchor and enjoy the new view for a while.
