I seem to recall a recent notification on Ubuntu that updates were available. They got installed,..
Will push a update/upgrade/reboot and see what happens post.
@scottalanmiller I don't believe it to be ML,.. it just seemed odd behavior.
If it was limited to Firefox, I'd agree. But @wirestyle22 saw it on Chrome.

@scottalanmiller Chrome last night at home but it's fine at work right now. Same theme.
Chrome on Debian or Ubuntu?

Firefox and Chrome on Fedora Gnome (Xorg).
-
Update/Upgrade/Reboot cycle didn't resolve.
Sigh,.. guess I'm stuck with Default for the now.
-
I'm just using the dark theme, but it's the default apart from that. It still didn't work at home last night but works here. Weird.
-
Even more weirdness.. Just changed to the Darkly Skin, and it did the same thing on Windows... So,.. Back to Default.
Very old.. Could be a FF thing I suppose...
-
Same thin in Chromium
Hah - Superhero works... just about every other one is jacked or white.

Explain how you believe this to be a User error?

I just ran into this as well. All but the "No Skin" or "Default" skin/theme causes the issues you mentioned.
-
FWIW: no problems with Firefox, Safari, on macOS High Sierra. Chrome..... Not so much.

I don't have to.
Please - contribute something useful or don't. Since it has affected more that one person - it is not a user error.

I mean it could still be user error. Just not sure what error I did to cause it.

I did contribute something useful. Just because you disagree does not negate that. Hell jsut because I am wrong does not negate that.

What use did it provide in finding the solution? What else could useful mean on a thread looking for an answer.
Seeing this on Chrome and FF now on Fedora 27. Also can't reply or post (on phone atm) as the text box eats the screen with no way out.

The issue is with the bootstrap as below:
