System forces you to pick a time zone that can never be changed in the future, for your team. What decade is this? Who has single time zone teams? This is clearly not a business product.

Wow this thing is awful. Makes no sense, doesn't integrate with O365 properly. Like it doesn't automatically sign in, avatars don't work, can't select employees from a list of people in O365.

              This is just sad.

                  It's the company's cabling expert.

My best guess is the demographics here is brick & morter retail shops with more than 1 employed. Do they need email? Probably not. Without digging into it more than what you have posted, I wonder if messages could be sent directly between people, such as "Can we trade shifts?" or "Boss, can I have this day off?".

                        It doesn't look production ready.

                          It doesn't feel it either.

They couldn't tell me what it was until I set it up. Then it was apparent that it was a joke.

They call it StaffHub, but the first thing you do is Add your team not your staff. Minds well call it TeamHub.

Doesn't really make sense to put something like that into the core of O365, it doesn't integrate with the existing system.

They certainly have a long roll out process for these things.

I've been dabbling this week with Teams and Planner. Neither of which is really ready for prime time.

We use Teams, but we are small, and it works well for us. Plus it's included in our $5/month subscription, so why not.

Planner on the other hand.... I want to like it, I really do. But you're right, its just missing too much and is not ready yet.

I really wish MS would stop releasing all of these different, almost useful products. Just because you release many products doesn't make the 365 subscription better, it just makes it more cluttered. </rant>

Why doesn't MS beta test these "features" before being released?

Yeah, you've seen it. We even talked about it. It is a REALLY simplified version of MS Project.
