Office 365 Exchange: 5.2.2 Submission quota exceeded

Went into the mail box, things seem to be normal. I tried to send myself an email:

Oh, maybe the issue is that the account used for relaying is sending too many out, rather than the one being sent to is getting too many.

That is probably the issue.

Sending account seems to have been hammering away. I locked the account last night, and am able to send this morning.
