Computer sales company MSY Technology has been fined for the second time in six years over misleading customers about their rights.
The ACCC, Australia's consumer watchdog, took MSY to the Federal Court over allegations the company made false or misleading representations on its website and in oral and email communications to consumers over whether they could get faulty products repaired, refunded or replaced. -

I'm trying to get my machine to update at home - and it just keeps saying reboot to finish.
