Remove the line about the security certs that is immediately preceding the certs themselves. That's redundant making it very much look like filler.

Best Buy is so short, I'm not sure that I'd keep it. But it does add an earlier date. Toss up.

My thoughts here were to do a quick count for someone that is maybe just glancing at my resume really quickly. I guess I could say 11 IT Certifications in the title.

I wanted to make sure I support my claim of 12 years of experience here. I am trying to summarize my career to someone that may look at my resume for only 5-10 seconds.

You could. Seems a bit much as it is very visibly 11.
