      Speaking oc closed tickets - You have to edit the ticket to change the state to closed/resolved/etc.

      Any chance to get a close button?

      Closing should be a note action, like everything else. All actions, one place.

            You can close the ticket by going into the Ticket Edit spot (the little notepad icon on that screen.) But that is not where it should be.

              Okay - I did see that,.. and noted what it did. Just wanted to ensure I wasn't missing something - yet again -

                    Just pushed to release:

                    Changes will include:

                    -ability to filter based on ticket type, status, organization, and responsible
                    -closed tickets will no longer be in the scope of view
                    -nicknames for machine are createable (and suggested) and will be listed in the main listing as well. To edit them look to the asset section on the left hand side of the dashboard
                    -brought forward the ability to remove machines from the system in the entirety. System will auto remove keys upon removing the machine.
