Just switched to fedora and installed KVM. What is the deal with Boxes? Is it "enterprise"-worthy to learn?
Boxes is just a silly thing for using KVM on the desktop for a VirtualBox style replacement. I've not seen any value to it.
Boxes is for the simple minded users. And it only allow allow creation of VMs under Qemu/KVM User Session.

A little late to the party, but I've finally settled on Korora as my distro of choice on my home laptop. Linux newbie here so I went with Mint initially as it preached stability and was most popular. It was good, but I wanted more. Love the cinnamon interface of Korora with the base of Fedora. Looking forward to running it for a while and seeing how stable it is in the long run.

I switched my laptop to straight Fedora with the Cinnamon Desktop Experience, has been really solid. Not ready to switch my desktop yet from Korora.

Latest kernel broke my laptop. Switched to Fedora 26 with GNOME. Smooth sailing since then.

I’ll be doing the same.

How is the feedback of Cinnamon on vanilla Fedora? Anything lacking of note?

I've really been enjoying it. Nothing really missing as far as I know. Updates are about a daily occurence.

Works great for me so far.
I'd really like to find a good dock that will be present on all my 3 monitors.

Using Korora Cinnamon on my desktop and Fedora Cinnamon on my laptop, the differences are minor. Functionality is pretty much the same. Few extra packages on Korora and such.

Where I've been using Fedora Desktop, I've been using Cinnamon. I don't have Korora running on anything anymore, and I never ran them both at the same time on different devices. So I haven't gotten as good of a real comparison as you have.
I just know that I prefer straight Fedora because it seems to be more smooth/reliable/stable on more devices. But on devices in which Korora runs with zero issues, it feels great, making me lean towards Korora. I don't know, I still think straight Fedora is the way I'm going to continue, even after Korora 26.
How do you feel about them seeing that you have them going at the same time?

The release of Korora 26 is announced on the main website.

I dropped back to Ubuntu - It was a stability and other issues that pulled me from Korora and Deepin.
Korora had stability issues with a few applications I used...Pithos would stop playing.. no reason that I could tell. The two or three Ham Radio related applications seemed to run okay
Deepin had even more stability issues it seems in that when I had the HF Radio on, and the CAT (controls the radio) and USB audio device (converts the audio to digitaland digital to audio) connected it would cycle the radio transmit at a high rate when you changed the volume off the computer. Not good for the radio.... very not good.
With this - I can't use either. I could try Fedora... but currently Ubuntu is working decently... so I don't see a need to switch right now...

Got two machines running with Fedora 26. Both have been almost flawless. Really solid.

It would seem (at least to me) that Fedora is one of the 'main stream' distros, and because of that - it will be more stable then some of the others... like Deepin.
Nothing against Deepin - it had a good appearance and function - but I don't think it has the push and support that Fedora has.

Yeah I still have Fedora 26 on everything. I've done a few Korora 26 live boots to Cinnamon and Gnome 3.24. Thoughts are still going back and forth though. I may have Korora 26 on my laptop, and Fedora 26 on my desktop... mostly due to stability. I can't bring my desktop down long enough to give Korora 26 a try because it's my main Admin workstation and I'm too busy. But I can give it a really good shot on my laptop.

What qualifies as "almost flawless" ?

One of the two machines, the HP Envy, has a weird graphical artefact that happens through a combination of the lock screen and automatic screen rotation when being picked up causing the screen to get weird and show part of hte desktop. Everything still works, the lock screen just doesn't get 100% coverage. Probably Cinnamon only issue.

I know with Fedora Gnome, we can switch between Wayland and Xorg. Cinnamon still uses Xorg but it could be happening because Fedora doesn't include any proprietary drivers too.

I'm replacing my current work desktop and laptop (T3610 and E6440) with a Latitude E7270.
I went that route because it's the last gen that still has the (now legacy) e-port dock slot on the bottom, and because of pricing... out the door with 3-year pro support for under $900.
It has a 6th Gen i7-6600U and 8 gigs RAM (got another 8 gig stick from newegg to make 16gb), which should be good enough to run a few VMs for dev work, and Dell provides Ubuntu 14.04 drivers for it... so Linux (Fedora) compatibility should be excellent... if not, I'll just slap on Ubunto. I don't have time to mess around atm.
It should be a nice change from the T3610... although it was a beast, I just don't think the Xeon in it played well with KVM, plus hardware issues with Windows, and some parodic freezing in Linux (I think related to Firefox and Chrome).
My E6440 has been excellent all around, so I'm expecting the same from the E7270.
