Started brewing my on kombucha tea a couple of weeks ago. It's not terrible as long as I keep it freshly fed with sweet tea every week. Just doing two small mason jars right now.

Have you ever tried Kefir? I had some over the weekend and it's very good.

Admittedly, it's not for everybody. It's just something I tried by accident once a few years ago and decided I liked it.

Once... Our batch didn't turn out good... at all. We probably screwed it up or something.
