Help With Resume

When I look at Lakewood Ranch, you seem like an entry level tech, but I know that isn't true. The wording is just really bad.
You can start bulllet points with the same word in a Resume, but it should happen very sparingly. A good rule is to only use the same starting word ONCE in each job description

And definitely don't mention things like "work with vendors". That's not showing something you want people to know about.

Why not highlight your Linux experience?
Instead of saying "deployed Openfire and Owncloud," I would say something like this.
- Researched, implemented, and deployed Enterprise level messaging platform and File Sharing Platform on Linux Servers. Tasked as system admin for these server(s) and application. Some of my duties include frequent Operating System Updates, Application Updates, Testing, GPOs, and Security.
Doesn't that sound a million and a half times better?

Nobody cares about setting up accounts so I would either completely remove that information or phrase it in a way that is more impressive.
Instead of saying Setup accounts for new hire
- Active Directory duties include user management, GPOs, group membership management, file permission management, etc.

Drop the iPads and iPhones. If you have this much experience nobody is worried whether or not you can support an iPad

Instead of saying work with vendor to solve problems.
- System Admin on system1, system2, system3, system4, and system5. Some responsibilities include Operating System Updates, Applications Updates, Working with Vendor Support, Application Upgrades, Server and Application Backups, Testing, and Disaster Recovery.

Take a minute and think about your target audience and what message you are trying to send. This will help a lot. Try to read your resume from the perspective of someone you'd want potentially hiring you. What would the information that you choose to include on your resume tell them about how you view yourself?

Now make the font for Skills and Employment just a tad later. They get lost in with the other headers. Or add a line underthem. Something to break up the page.

Agree. That looks nice. I like the bulleted items....easy to scan for by both eyes and by whatever scanning tools they use for keywords.

Yup, the older a job is, the leaner it should be.

I should add that I never put an address on a resume. That is none of their business, it's inappropriate information for this stage of the process. Only HR gets your address and only after you are hired. Email and maybe phone number, that's it.

My capitalization and pluralization are wrong in a few places (see last bullet point)

Process improvement champion researching ways to strengthen security, enhance efficiency, and control costs.I want to sell myself but don't want to sound over confident. Thoughts?
