Desktop notifications are working! Nice addition, the only other app I have seen do that has been gmail.

how do I turn off the desktop notifications? I get so many of them cause I follow a lot of people, so it just ends up like whack-a-mole

It is a setting in the browser. What browser are you using?

@scottalanmiller Thanks, that pointed me in the right direction. A quick search showed me Settings->Advanced->Privacy->Content Settings->Notifications->Manage Exceptions

Idea, what if the status updates that are in the tiles auto scroll and fade out, keeping the tile roughly the same size?

@scottalanmiller So yeah, that mooning is funny when you see it in the thread, but the emojii is over-sized on the tile, so it looks like something completely different.............

I was testing out emoji's from the list posted, not making a comment on depth testing. Scott just never misses an opportunity to make an innuendo.
