It appears that you have 32-bit java installed on a 64-bit operating system.
The heap issue is directly related to an incorrect Java version. Uninstall the java you have, and install the 64-bit version.
my Java is for 32 bit, also my OS

You have a 32bit OS? I've not seen one of those in a really long time.

How much memory do you have for the system? WSO2EMM requires 2GB of RAM for the product itself that's most of the memory of a normal 32bit system for Windows. It is probably that no one is testing this product on 32bit Windows at all.
I'd move to running this on Linux, of course, but it you want to stay where you are...
We need some info:
- What JDK are you running?
- What are your hardware specs?
- What OS and version are you running?
We might be able to adjust the heap to fix this, but we need all of the details.

You know that Windows 10 is available in 32bit, right?

Available and "people use it" are very different things. I've not seen anything running on 32bit personally since XP.

Oh I have - tons of Windows 7 machines had 32bit on them, and assuming those people did an upgrade to Windows 10, they are still on 32 bit.

An upgrade from NT 4? We've been 64bit since the XP era. What kinds of upgrades have you been doing there?

I didn't say me.
I never ran XP x64, I didn't move to 64 until Vista, but I've been there ever since.
But I have seen MANY other people's Windows 7 on x64...
