You are trying to dual boot the system? Why is there NTFS?

Copy that off to something else and copy back when you are done. Don't leave an NTFS partition hanging around as data storage. That's not a good idea.

@scottalanmiller I don't have storage now and before Linux installation no issue like this

Of course no issue like this, because you are leaving remnants of Windows behind. If you did Linux first then Windows, you'd have even bigger problems as Windows can't read Linux filesystems. It's just a weird thing to have done.

How much data are you storing on there?
-
@scottalanmiller above 300 gb
-
Fedora will not overwrite the NTFS partition if you select things properly. But by default, I'm not totally sure.

That's a lot. No access to an external USB drive?

If you plug in a USB HD, you should be able to copy the files off of that drive.

@scottalanmiller the data is present in HDD but I don't have any storage device to copy data

@Lakshmana what is the option here???

Just pay attention and select the right partitions for installing Fedora 25. That's about it. You can't take a backup or move the data elsewhere so you don't have many options.
