Nice! My local library has access to it as well. Now I just need to see if I still have a library card or not.
Lots do, it's a very common service. I've done a few lessons already, it's pretty decent.

Nice!
I'm on day 25. Is anyone finding that you keep losing mastery points on the earlier ones. I know it's good practice, but it's getting more difficult (time-wise) to get to the more advanced ones. Maybe you only need to pass to unlock and not get them gilded? I did the same thing with Angry Birds. -

I noticed that when you do stuff that includes basics, they can go back up again without touching them.

I have never saw that with Japanese yet. But it makes sense.

Only a 15 day streak because I missed a day here and there.
-
@jaredbusch it's surprisingly hard to keep the streaks up. I'm amazed how often I go a full midnight to midnight without ever having a private moment to myself.
-
-
Finally had enough time to get everything golden again and do the 6 new lessons in restaurant.
-
@jaredbusch et alia...
That was the feedback I saw on other forums. It was still taking forever to keep my badges in "gold" but, admittedly, motivation was on a downward trend.
But!! I made a discovery recently... like 15mins ago.
I decided, for the first time, to use the desktop version.
Did you know you could master more than one topic in one practice session? I'm betting dollars to donuts, I'm the only one that didn't know that! facepalm
Back in the saddle! (sorry, don't know the French word for saddle)

The mobile app will do more than one in a session too.

I haven't noticed that in the mobile app, but I have on the desktop web version.

@tim_g
It took almost 3 weeks to hit 2%. Three days on desktop and I'm at 18!Not sure if speed has anything to do with it since I can crank through a lesson in 2-3 minutes. Mobile takes me about 6mins. I know... it's only three mins but 21 days means an hour.

MangoCon screwed me up. Starting over.
-
Trying to get back into this after being heavily disrupted by MangoCon.
-
Awesome idea, I like this.
-
Still not on track with this again

Takes a lot once the habit is broken I really dislike how DuoLingo is so strict about their 24 hour periods based on their defined boundaries. It makes it so hard to stay on track because you can be busy during a full period but still do it every "day" of your personal time and it doesn't count and makes you less likely to stay consistent rather than more.

Yeah the one time I missed the window literally by like 1 second. Clock struck midnight as I hit the button.
