I'm halfway through knocking out all of the Spanish "Stories" with three stars each in the DuoLingo Labs. Sadly, you don't get any points or credit for these advanced topics, but at least it is varied practice.

I need to get more consistent. The Japanese is pretty solid, for the entry levels I have done. I jsut have not been doing it consistently.

That's really the biggest thing. You have to make it a pattern that you just do without really need to think about it.

Finally my Spanish has passed my Italian on DuoLingo!

Finally have all the items up to the first checkpoint gold again.
Did this while out for a walk today. Need to keep this up.
Also, particles kick my ass. I got the words down, but not the connecting particles.

Refreshed all skills that were not gold and then finished the Home skill for the first time. 3 more skill to the next check point.

Bevin and I are thinking of moving to France after the kids bail. We started a 1500 day challenge... I'm on day 16. It's been fun!
(Figure in 1484 days they'll have gigabit ftth.)
