@coliver Why would you want a wrist device? I enjoy the freedom and safety and lack of hair pulling immensely

The way this is implemented is slightly different on my new Android phone. If I go to pick it up it triggers a black and white screen at the lowest brightness which shows the time and 4 notifications. Really like this feature as I can quickly figure out the time and if I have anything important I need to respond to.

That would be a bit nicer. Although that's what I use the Watch for.

I would like a wrist device... but can't wear one.

        Why can't you wear one?

Skin breaks out underneath the band.

Ah, yeah, definitely understandable. Allergic reaction to the metal backing or what?

No clue, happens with those plastic admittance bands as well. It will itch for days afterward. Shirt sleeves will also sometimes do it but rarely.

Curious. If I wear long sleeve shirts or sweaters, they drive me nuts. I wear coats just long enough to get me in a building.

I rarely wear long sleeves,... and if I wear a pull over with long sleeves, I push them up.

Since I hide my notifications, it's only useful for showing me the time.

I get irritation like that sometimes, When I do, I have to stop wearing the watch for 3-5 days until it completely heals, and make sure I clean my wrist device with cleaners. Then normally it doesn't come back.

I would not be happy if my phone was turning on in my pocket, or whenever moved. That's annoying. Maybe if I lived alone and didn't carry it it would not be so bad.

I have never had it light up in my pocket yet just from moving around.

It doesn't light up in my pocket. It does trigger on my car seat sometimes not really sure why.

It doesn't light up in my pocket but since my clothes rarely have pockets I am hanging on to my phone all the time, therein lies the issue for me.

Well I have no clue if it lights in my pocket, but it lights up all the time on the car seat or the cup holder.

That's a big one. Anytime I move from room to room or shift around my desk, it would light up.
