The management just approved the request of my manager to invest in IT Department and let us take the exam to be certified. I was assigned to do self paced and later will take the exam in CCNAX v3 and Comptia N+. We have the option to take any of them first.
We already have subscription in "https://www.careeracademy.com" plus some Training Videos.

I know this is a real challenge at the same time a huge opportunity for me to add my market value.
The main goal of our manager is for us to "get more salary raise "

Since i am working on a night shift, to be honest when i arrived at home from work, I will open my laptop to start learning but after few minutes I feel really sleepy.

I'd like to make this topic as my recording progress just like my first learning lesson of Linux given by @scottalanmiller and @Minion-Queen few years ago.
Sidenote: Thank you to @Ambarishrh the book is really helping too, My Linux skills are getting better, I'm almost getting there, LOL
