Well first thought is age,.. at least there used to be a bracket thing... Did something get added / removed / changed? A friend had her home insurance get completely side swiped by the fact that she (at the time) need FLOOD insurance.
At an elevation that would be difficult to flood... like,... a major interstate would have had to have been flooded before her house flooded.

Well first thought is age,.. at least there used to be a bracket thing... Did something get added / removed / changed? A friend had her home insurance get completely side swiped by the fact that she (at the time) need FLOOD insurance.

They removed my home insurance because they never sent me a couple documents that were needed .
which raised my car insurance rate because they were "bundled" together. It took 3 hours to get to the bottom of it, and had them send over the form electronically , signed and returned.Now we wait to see what they come back with

We actually got a spam account from a tiny company from a village where I grew up. So weird. My county seat as a kid.
