test results are still pending from Mondays test. so still working from home, and taking my son across town to school every morning. (his mom is going to mexico so regardless if i'm sick i have to watch my son.. )
The school is allowing him to go while you're out on a covid test? hmmm.. that makes TONS of sense!
I Finished the 5 day quarantine without him - and my test results are delayed due to number of tests.
Results came back positive- Yay.

My Big boss just called me to check on me since I let them know I tested positive.
Told her I've been working this whole week and most of last week with it - she was surprised. -

Just deleted and rebuilt my Google User Profile... Been having some issues with YouTube being weird. So - we'll see as no one else has issues in office...

We all have the ability to work from home but they dont like it because "youre job is done in the office - less distractions" which is absolutely bullshit. I got more work down this last week at home than I did the last 2 weeks in the office because of pointless conversations and less than adequate work to do in the office.
I had 3 projects at the beginning of the week last week that are all now complete. -

I am seeing project spawn projects that should be separate projects after the initial project is finished... It is a cascading mess...
Good on you for proving that they should reconsider they process / policy.

they wont sadly because of the "onsite" aspect of the job.
but When it's available I enjoy working from home. -

Migrating my NAS VM from KVM on Fedora to Promxmox
The boot drive took 6 minutes.
I expect the data disk to be like 10+ hours

my extra screen was moved to the camera system so I have real time video of my front porch and Cars, the Chair I was using got moved and I couldn't find it for the life of me, and not enough power at the desk in question because things were rearranged.
