got my Jocko Pom'r in Sunday afternoon: sipping on one of those (https://originmaine.com/nutrition/jocko-discipline-go-drink-pomr-pack-of-12/) and a cup of coffee.
Found these due to the JockoPodcast ( https://jockopodcast.com/); Side note: Great story telling, and leadership principles if anyone is looking for something new to listen to: Fair warning its about war leadership but the principles can translate to anything.Tuesday Morning: Email purge , Energy Drink, Coffee, getting ready for the day.

Being interrupted with new #1 priorities that apparently circumvent current #1 priorities.

@WrCombs Those drinks look interesting, never heard of them. Let me know your opinion. Can't wait until I can go back to gym. Probably lost all my squat weight by now:( Just have a 20 lb that I work out with but I need a bar and a couple 45's lol.

I've tried all of them and the Pomr is one of my favorites. I love them, the flavor combos sound off at first, but trust me, They're pretty damn good. I like how they dont have sugar, and are only 5 calories, but do the same for as as a redbull.

In day two of new user onboarding. Busy days!

@WrCombs Yeah that is very nice. I have cut out almost all sugar, besides occasional half sweet mocha coffee. So I'm digging that!

I reduced my sugar intake as well. For no real reason that I can think of, I just stopped eating so much sugar.

Yeah it just kind of came naturally for me too. I have never been one to crave desserts and things like that. So wasn't a big deal to cut it out. Plus I want to get back to lifting heavy again, at least my version of heavy lol, so I felt like cutting things like sugar out would help me do that. However, i may just have to buy my own home equipment. Not sure i want to go to gyms anytime soon.
